Hey Queens and Royal Court! This may sound familiar since this is the famous line from A Model Queen herself! A Model Queen is a persona our CEO + Founder Sasha created. It personifies confidence, independence, and royalty in which every person has the right to be. We wanted to make sure everyone had a place in Her Royal Court.
Thus, Her Royal Court was born. A place where everyone can be treated like royalty. You can find all of the special items you need to be royal from accessories to clothes. Our mission is for every person to feel noble. Hence, our company’s slogan “Reign Over Them”. We celebrate each individual as they are and provide products and services that allows their crown to shine bright.

Where do the materials come from?
Her Royal Court works with multiple suppliers based in the United States, France, and China at this time.
How do I make sure I order the right size?
Most of the clothing is true to size, however please refer to the sizing chart for a particular item by scrolling through the product photos for that product. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact us.
How do I contact your company and how long does it take to get a response? Great question, please reach out to us at herroyalcourthelp@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @Daroyalcourt for any questions you may have. You will receive a response within 48 hours, usually much sooner.
What is the return policy?

How much is shipping?
The shipping cost varies, please proceed to checkout and add your city and zip code for estimated shipping costs. Free shipping for orders over $50. You can subscribe to our email newsletter for the latest deals, including free shipping promotions.
What are the shipping options?
We currently only ship through USPS or UPS, shipping can take between 2 to 8 business days. Please continue to monitor your tracking number or contact your local USPS or UPS for the latest updates.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to the United States. However, if you would like to see this change in the future, please let us know. We would be happy to consider expanding in the future. <3
When will I receive my order?
Thank you so much for your patience. Please note that we process orders within 1-3 business days before shipping your royal treasures. Shipping can take between 3-21 business days depending on the item. Please refer to the estimated timeframe in the description for each product you’re interested in.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Oh no, we want to ensure you receive your royal treasures. Please double-check your tracking number found in your email to get the latest status on your order. If your order is marked as delivered, but you never received it, please wait 3 business days to see if your order will arrive. Sometimes USPS scans the package as delivered, while it’s still in transit.

What do I do if I need to cancel my order?
The window of time is very short to cancel your order. Please reach out to us as soon as possible, we would love to help you.
What do I do if I receive a defective order?

Why is my packaging different from when I ordered previously?
